Sophos Enterprise Console 5.2.2 OS upgrade to Server 2008 R2

Hi,

We have Sophos Enterprise Console 5.2.2 installed on a server with Server 2003 Standard 32bit installed. We want to upgrade the server to Server 2008 R2 and were thinking of upgarding over the top of 2003, as this is 32bit to 64bit, will Sophos still work or will it need reinstalling?

Any help or advice would be great.

    Hi Chrisitan,

    Thanks a lot for the info, it looks like my plan is a bit dead in the water then! Time to rethink...

    I thought I could just do a quick and dirty in place upgrade but it appears that's not the case so back to the drawing board!
