Can not open enterprise Console after upgrade 5.2.0 to 5.3.1

Hello,

I've upgrade the console, but  got errors like this:

Management service is not starting and error.

Anybody to help me? because i have contact Sophos Support, and just recommend me to send SDU log.

    the article Management server connection failed.... suggests to check the Application Event Log and has links to specific articles for a number of possible errors which produce the symptoms you describe. As the next steps (and possible solution) depend on the underlying error you'd either have to identify this error yourself or have someone else (e.g. Support) looking for it (and to be able to do this they need the logs).

    I've checked Event Viewer, then send SDU log and screenshot of event viewer to Sophos Support. I'm just waiting feedback from Support.
