this is a rather terse post. The forum you've selected suggests that it is in conjunction with SEC - but please give some details, SEC and SAV version, server and endpoint OS, AD or workgroup network - and from the short text I glean it's about installation, looks like you've tried Protect Computers - nevertheless to increase your chances to get a suitable answer you shouldn't rely on other guessing correctly what you've done, instead please detail your steps (and please use descriptive terms). Looks like someone (you?) has recently searched the knowledgebase for this error message (without success). Now it's definitely a console message and likely an install error reported for individual endpoints (and not a pop-up while executing the Protect wizard). Seems to be rare (and I have the vague feeling I've seen it but a long time ago). What are these all usernames and passwords? The How does ... article briefly cites the requirements for the account, the Sophos endpoint deployment guide. will give you a walk through.
