Sophos Patch - Unavailable in Datacenter editions of Windows Server

Hello Sophos!

 

I was dismayed to learn that Sophos Patch is unavailable in Datacenter editions of Windows Server, but it is supported in Standard editions.  I'd like to know the reasoning for this, and if support for Datacenter editions is planned for the future.

    as you can see from the Supported Platforms article Patch is only available on certain Server builds (and not at all on 2016). Please keep in mind that it is "just" an assessment, not patch management. Can't say whether OS infrastructure (i.e. the application doesn't run or doesn't run reliably) or the Patch Feed (i.e. the list of patches) is the issue but it doesn't look like there are any plans to support Datacenter.
