Windows alert Sophos Anti-Virus out of date (Version 11.0.11 UTM)

Hello,

some of our Windows Client Show an alert that Sophos Antivirus is out of date.

Services on the Windows Client (win 10) are running except Sophos Device Control Service

Some of our users are worried that their endpoint protection is out of date.

How can I fix it?

Hello, I have the same behaviour. Windows reports that the antivirus software is out of date but in Sophos central the last update is less than one hour ...

Could someone of the SOPHOS team contribute to this thread ?
