Endpoint Defense isn't a MSI based installer.

For reference, the Sophos Central managed client has: "C:\Program Files\Sophos\Sophos Endpoint Agent\uninstallcli.exe" along with the "C:\Program Files\Sophos\Sophos Endpoint Agent\uninstallgui.exe".  These will remove the endpoint also but I assume you're not running the Central managed client.

Right, l I understand that, but am trying to figure out how to remove Endpoint Defense.  I just have the Enterprise Console version 5.5.0.  Do not have Sophos Central.  Am I stuck?

It works, minus one thing
meaning the uninstall (the red line in your OP) fails? As far as I can see it works - completes quite fast and leaves itself behind, the log is in the user's %TEMP%.

It does work, but since the Endpoint Defense is not MSI based, it does not uninstall.  I am looking for a way to uninstall that as well, automatically.

How do you know that the command:

C:\Program Files\Sophos\Endpoint Defense\uninstall.exe" /quiet

...is not uninstalling SED when you run the command?

Because it is still appearing in Programs and Features. If I click to uninstall it then it will uninstall.

When you run the command, I assume you get the file:
%temp%\Sophos Endpoint Defense Uninstallation [version] [timestamp].log

What does that say?
