Iron Key being blocked (and possibly other encrypted USB drives) by endpoint protection software

Hello,

We are currently utilizing the Endpoint and Intercept X protection for one of the practices I manage (installed over the weekend). We have auditors come in and pull data from our EHR system and use Encrypted flash drives to take it for insturance purposes.

We currently do NOT have any peripheral blocking policies in place, but when one of our auditors came in this morning with her IronKey drive, the program to run the IronKey program would not launch. The drive was visible, as was the locked partition, but the access program would not run on any Sophos Endpoint computers.

I checked the event viewer and it stated:
Peripheral allowed: IronKey F200 Private USB Device

and

Peripheral allowed: IronKey F200 Application USB Device

However, we had no luck.

How can I remedy this?
