Sophos Installation

Hi/Hello,

May i Ask about ignoring installation of sophos in linux server??

I try to install Sophos AV in Linux Server but the i forgot where did i install it, I've try to access the default path (/opt/sophos-av/) but it will come up to No such file or directory.

May I ask you're assistance in this kind of situation??

Hello Iyo Tako,

so you have already installed it? Please note that usually only root can access the /opt paths so you'd have to run as root.

To find the current installation directory you can look at the savscan symlink:

ls -l $(which savscan)

This should show a symlink, which points into the current installation directory.
