Temper Protection stops and Web Control disabled

Few hours after I  enabled it  on the Endpoint in my Customer Windows Server machine, Temper Protection stops alone and Web Control return disabled.  I re-enabled it many times and each time, some hours later, I found it disabled.

    how did you find out? Did you see this on the local machine or the management console (SEC or Central)? Regular TP or Enhanced Tamper Protection? Any chance that an administrator did fiddle with the machine?
