We're implementing Endpoint and Enterprise management here. We've started to push out endpoint via GPO scripts.
However we now need to get the software installed on our remote users laptops. They are spread across the world so, ideally, we would send them a link to download and installer to run. In the past we've sent them a link to an MSI.
However, looking at the GPO script, it seems that there is an exe with several parameters that are needed. This would need the installer, with a batch file, zip'd up. This might be....ermm...beyond some of our more esoteric users.
Is there an MSI or a way to package the required details (remote IP and port to access our sophos server etc) in to one nice installer?
