Sophos nunca se actualiza

No consigo actualizar Sophos Enpoint Security and Control, y mi nivel en estos asuntos es más que básico, ¿qué puedo hacer? Copio las actualizaciones que me faltan

    Hi Chistian! Thaks for answering my message.

    I enclose a pdf. document with the image of the update register. the mail message says: ERROR: Failed to locate source for updated packages.

    Hello Pilar,

    I see it's updating directly from Sophos. Either it couldn't connect to the server (unlikely if it has Internet access), the credentials are wrong, the license has expired, or the SAV version is outdated. The detailed reason would be in %ProgramData%\Sophos\AuotUpdate\Logs in the ALUpdate....log (not alc.log).
