clients going to sophosxl.net

i have 2 clients with no Internet access trying to access sophosxl.net for update even though I have enterprise console managing them.

sophosxl.net - 52.24.2.33

sspfeedback.sophos.com 52.20.24.111

i use firewall rules to block them from going out to the internet.
