Web Control policy not working on 4G

Originally posted here in the Enterprise Console forum. But as this is part of the endpoint software I wanted to post here in case someone else has seen this.

I have configured a Web Control policy in SEC 5.3.1 to deploy to laptops running SESC 10.6 on Windows 10 (1511  10586.494) 64-bit.

The policy uses 'Full Web Control' not ''Inappropriate Website Control' and links to our Sophos Web Appliance to get those policies.

On a laptop on the LAN, wired or WiFi, this policy works fine. When I take the laptop off work network eg to a home network, wired or WiFi, the policy also works fine.

But when the laptop is connected to the Internet using the in-built 4G mobile/cellular SIM card the policy does not work. Users are able to browse the Internet unfiltered.

This is when using IE11.494.10586, Firefox 48.0 and Chrome 52.0.2743.116m.

Has anyone seen this before? Or have such a policy working on 4G laptops?
