Hello everyone I have a problem with user authentication through a FSSO Fortigate agent, used to allow users to get on the internet or not. since I changed Sophos server (Win2003) to a sub 2008 R2 server and installed the latest version Sophos enterprise.

I have a problem with user authentication through a FSSO Fortigate agent, used to allow users to get on the internet or not.
since I changed Sophos server (Win2003) to a sub 2008 R2 server and installed the latest version Sophos Enterprise console .

FSSO in the console I see appear the account "updatemanager" instead of the user account.
This problem appears when the Sophos Client performs an update.

do you have an idea ?

    Hello MICHELLAFFARGUE,

    it's not clear (at least to me) what the issue is. I see appear the account "updatemanager" instead of the user account - could you please provide a screenshot, a snippet large enough to show where you see the "wrong" account?
