Cannot Install Sophos Network Threat Protection on a Windows 7 PC

Dear everyone,

I am facing an error that I cannot install the Sophos Network Threat Protection. I have a Windows 7 - 64bit Service pack 1 PC in my Domain. The others PC can be applied successfully (no errors) but this one cannot install Sophos Network Threat Protection.

I push the installation from my Console (version 5.4.0) to that machine, it can be installed all of Sophos services, features except Sophos Network Threat Protection.

I attached the MSI log hereSophos Network Threat Protection Install Log 20160617 095514.txt

in the Event Log, it showed up  Error 1920. Service 'Sophos Network Threat Protection' (SntpService) failed to start.  Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

I make sure that this PC has the same settings with the others because they are all the same domain and have the same polices applied.
