Windows Defender popup at startup (Windows 10)

Hello,

I'm using Sophos Anti-virus (which is installed by default on our enterprise network), and I'm on Windows 10 (64 bits).

At every startup, I have a popup message from Windows Defender saying: "This app has been turned off and isn't monitoring your computer. If you're using another app to check for malicious or unwanted software, use Security and Maintenance to check that app's status".

It's the same message when I try to start Windows Defender, so I cannot even start Defender to turn it off. When I go to Security & maintenance, I see that Sophos is my current anti-virus.

Is there a way to turn off this message? I've tried to reinstall Sophos from scratch but without any improvement.

Thanks in advance,

Tony
