does SOPHOS have the capability/configuration/setting to block httpS redirected sites like Google (or any other search engine) from showing adult/explicit pictures?

I'm new to Sophos, and trying to figure out if it is the right solution for my need.  I have teenage boys, and trying to keep them safe when on the Internet at home.  Google (and most other search engines) allows anyone to search for "naked lady" and it will gladly return all kinds of inappropriate porn pictures.  Although it may start in a "filtered explicit results" mode, it is simple and easy to uncheck the box and then see inappropriate content.  I tried turning on Google's "lock safe" but this requires you to log into a google account, which is worthless because teenage boys simply logout and then do the search, or go to 50 other search engines.  I very frequently find that although a search engine may start as HTTP, by simply changing it httpS  you can get explicit content to show.  Sometimes the initial search for something inappropriate (like in Bing) may show the image grayed out with an "x", but if you go ahead and click on the preview of the picture, it is still there in all its glory.  So, to the question:  does SOPHOS have the capability/configuration/setting to BLOCK httpS redirected sites like Google (or any other search engine) from showing adult/explicit pictures and content while still allowing other searches to work as normal?  Similar issues with picture or animated gifs that people post or link to from twitter or post on tumbler.  Monitoring and then saying "don't go to this site again" isn't feasible, nor can I block the whole internet.  How can I reliably keep my kids safe and not let all this stuff through in the first place?
