Stand Alone install error: Could not find a source for updated packages

I have this issue and I have the latest version installed (downloaded and installed 24-05-2016 to no avail.

    I've split this thread because the reason for the error is apparently not the same.
    You are talking about the Enterprise SA version, aren't you? I assume you've set the update location to Sophos, did you enter (not copy/paste) the correct credentials from your license schedule for User name and Password? Please check the ALUpdate log for the specific error, if necessary post the relevant part here. The product (10.6.4 if it's the latest) is correctly installed, i.e. the Anti-Virus and HIPS items active in the GUI?
