Download of Sophos Network Threat Protection failed from server

After this week's update, we are seeing this error: Download of Sophos Network Threat Protection failed from server C:\Windows\Temp\cid_packager_temp -- does anyone know why this is? Thank you.

    Hello UCSC_Tester,

    this is initial install location when you use the Deployment Packager. AFAIK it does not (yet) include NTP, once the endpoint has received the correct updating policy (it doesn't get one as long as it's in Unassigned) it will download and install NTP.
