Endpoint Installation Problem

I am having an issue installing the Sophos Endpoint on a clients workstation.  When I do so it returns in the Sophos Endpoint Bootstrap file opened when the installation fails with the following:

I also have access to the Sophos MCS Install Log.txt as well if needed for further troubleshooting.
