No Internet access after update to 10.6 on Windows 10

Hi,

We have Sophos Enterprise Console 10.3 which is rolling out Sophos Endpoint Security and Control 10.6 to users. We have policy in place for filtering web content. A few Windows 10 Devices that are updating to Sophos Endpoint Security and Control to version 10.6

Once this update happens no web browser is able to get internet traffic.(Chrome/Firefox/IE/Edge)

The device is able to ping, resolve DNS queries and access network shares.

 The only solution we have found is to Disabling web protection allows browsers to access the internet again

Any advice will be appreciated
