Hello,
i installed a couple of Endpoints for Sophos Cloud. In the Cloud Dashboard i see that from my 81 PCs, there are 28 PCs are unprotected. After that i investigated a little bit more.
While installing fresh on a Windows 7 PC, the Installer tries to download additional content from Sophos (Packages). All 28 PCs for me fail to download that. The result is that these Endpoints are unprotected. I could not get into the Configuration of the Endpoint. It did not have any Policy.
In the logfiles, i see that there will be an XML File, that fails to download or write.
