On-Access Scan error: SAV Interface error 0xa0040237: The archive file is nested too deeply

We are seeing multiple errors as above (about 12 per second) on the destination server when generating and moving files to an archive server.  CPU is hitting 100% during the scan, and performance nose-dives accordingly.

Any resolution other than disabling On-Access scanning?

    Hello gsmdit.

    is Scan inside archive files enabled in the On-Access policy? Otherwise it might be some peculiarity in the files' structure that the scanner doesn't handle correctly. In that case please contact Support directly as likely samples are needed for investigation.
