Hello,
We have an issue with Sophos Data Control. When copying files from the local device to a trusted Removable Media device (Added in Device Control and accessible to browse files) in Explorer.exe, Sophos brings up the Data Control Prompt and says "File Transfer Blocked Please use Windows Explorer to copy file "Test.docx"
Which is confusing, because we are using Explorer.exe. I've ran ProcMon.exe whilst doing the copy, and it lists a ACCESS DENIED entry for Explorer.EXE as the process.
Has anyone else seen this issue?
Device: Microsoft Surface Pro 3
O/S: Windows 8.1 Enterprise x64
Sophos Endpoint Security and Control Client - Version 10.3 (Endpoint Console shows device as Compliant with all policies).
