Installing Antivirus on a thin client running Windows 7 Embedded, Enhanced Write filter is enabled so definition updates are lost on each reboot. How do I maintain the downloaded definitions between reboots. I think I need to use File-Based Write Filter but not sure what folder to exclude

    Hello Andrew Ayres,

    the definitions in effect are under %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus\. Everything else (configuration, cached policies, cached downloads) is under %ProgramData%\Sophos\. Oh - unless you use a fixed version the software components under %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Sophos\ will be regularly updated as well.
