Has anyone ever pushed out the Endpoint client (v10.3) to PCs on their domain with PsExec?

Problem:
I have some PCs that are no longer reporting back to the Enterprise Console. Local PCs, Laptops, and some VPN connected Laptops and Desktops.

My Troubleshooting:
- Re-Pushing client from console. Always fails. Client PCs show grayed out. As if no connection has ever been made.
- Tried running SophosReInit.vbs script to report back. It also fails, but I could be doing something wrong here.

NOTE:  I am not able to use GPOs to do this. We were bought out by a larger company and they have a "CHANGE FREEZE" in effect right now, so I will not get approval to make a GPO change. I can only address this one by one or by a script I can run on a few client PCs. I really want to do this "behind the scenes" so it does not affect any ones production.

I tried pushing the client out using PsExec with this cmd line and the install works but it still fails to report back. . Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
