Migrating Macintosh computers to a new console server not working.

I have about 120 Macintosh computers. I recently had to install a new Enterprise Console from scratch. After trying a number of different methods we can't seem to get the Mac computers to register with the new EC. We have even removed the Sophos client, rebooted, and then reinstalled from scratch. None of our efforts have been successful. I am at a loss as to how to proceed. Any ideas?

    There was only one method - uninstall/install, supposed to work reliably though. Dunno if RMS 4.0 (came with SAV 9.4) reconfigures if the certificates have changed (you'd anyway have to direct the endpoints to the new CID by some means).
    Basic question: Can the endpoints connect to ports 8192 and 8194 on the server? Are there non-Macs that register? I'd check the Networkreport (Library/Logs/SophosMessageRouter/NetworkReport/ReportData.xml) whether the Parent is correct, and it also might mention a specific error. Checking the logs (RMS and Agent logs go to /Library/Logs/SophosMessageRouter/ and /Library/Logs/SophosManagementAgent/ respectively) would be next. If necessary verbose logging can be enabled.
