my wife's new laptop is blocking our router, it can no longer send streams to the TV - any fix for this? [:P]
Please excuse the sarcasm but this is not exactly a plethora of information you've provided. If the scanners have a counterpart application/service on the endpoint it could be the firewall (SCF - if you are using it), the Web Protection component (if there is an interaction with the LSP/WCF), or perhaps the service being blocked (if it somehow raises suspicion). That's a lot of ifs and except for the LSP/WCF you should get some notification.
