Hi All,
I'm trying to get control some unmanaged compturs in the enterprise console but when i right click, the "Protect Computers..." portion is grayed out. I verified that there were some computers in our domain that was able to be managed as the "Protect Computers..." option was available before.
I also was able to choose this option for these unmanaged computers yesterday but all of a sudden, that option grayed out. Some of these unmanaged computers have errors such as "The computer may be shut down..." even though it's connected to the same subnet, updating successfully.
