Windows 10 problems

I just upgraded my op system to Windows 10, but now I cant get my Sophos Endpoint to allow me to access the internet? I had to disable the firewall in Sophos just to be able to get to the tech support. Help!

    Hi.. Was your upgrade done while Sophos was already installed? Have you tried to uninstall Sophos and re-install after the upgrade?
    Is the install a Standalone, Cloud or managed install from SEC, Sophos Enterprise Console?
