Question about adding Macs to Enterprise Console

Hello

I want to automatically add Macs with Sophos 9.2.8 to our enterprise Console.  I have followed the Sophos article 119791 but can't seem to get it to work.  Does one manually make the RMS folder for the Grouppath.plist in the Sophos Installer Components folder as described in the article as below :-

    • For Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac OS X version 9.2+ 
      • Sophos Installer Components/RMS/grouppath.plist

    Hello HughBurt,

    the folder already exists in the CID (but is lowercase, named rms): \\YourServer\SophosUpdate\CIDs\S000\ESCOSX\Sophos Installer Components\rms. Works only for the initial install, i.e. RMS must not yet be installed on the Mac.
