Sophos Message Router | Not Running

Hello Team,

 

We are getting Sophos Message Router | Not Running with event id 8004. We are continuously receiving this event id for every 5 hours from past 2 months.

 

Sophos Endpoint Security and Control version is 10.7.

 

Could you please suggest us how can we stop or get rid of this issue.

    Hello Kartheek,

    Could you provide us with a snippet of the C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Sophos Message Router\3\Router\Log\Router.log file?

    Please also make sure this endpoint can reach the Enterprise Console on ports 8192 and 8194.  You can test this by using "telnet EnterpriseConsoleIP/FQDN 8192" in command prompt if you have telnet client installed.
