Firewall Settings Allowing VOIP

Setting up one of those "Bring Your Own Device" VOIP providers is difficult.  I want to make sure my firewall will not block telephone use.  In my program, firewall features are difficult to distinguish from the antivirus.  This is a Windows 7 64-Bit system with IE11 as default although I use other browsers often.  My program might be some version that only sold through office chain stores as part of a virus removal program.  At least from that store I will never enroll in such a program again.  The version number of my program is 10.8.  I took a screenshot so that moderators could tell which program it is.  Thank you.

    this is SESC 10.8, correct. You've got it pre-installed, or?
    Anyway, it does not include a firewall component.

    QC, Christian, thank you.  Now, I do not know who to be mad at, Sophos or the office store chain that sold me this package, which is only antivirus.  That store chain no longer offers Sophos in its virus protection program.  In this country, the FCC presides over all telecom issues.  With the problems I have over telephone services, it will not hurt for me to mention this matter to them, the fact that usually these programs under such programs are antivirus and firewall suits; and the store did not inform me that this one did not contain a firewall.
