Microsoft WIN10 November update requires SOPHOS 10.3.15 to be removed to complete the update... Has anyone or is anyone experienced this?

Currently looking at updating WIN10 to the November update for testing on our network 1000 plus PC's and during the update it requires that SOPHOS needs to be uninstalled. Anyone else experiencing this, this is unacceptable.
