So I was able to log in successfully to Sophos Central a couple months ago. I tried today and it would let me in. I clicked on the "Forgot My Password" link to send me an e-mail and I'm not receiving it.
I called support and they said I'm not listed as a Super Admin which is wrong as I am literally looking at my account on another colleagues computer right now and I'm in there. I am so frustrated with Sophos Support not being able to help me get back in. We even tried deleting my account and re-adding it and I STILL don't get an e-mail!
