Update Policy sophos Enterprise console has stop working

if someone have solved this issue
the signature doesn't tell what the issue is.

the policy
what kind of policy did you try create? Could you perhaps post a screenshot and describe what exactly you did? Policies can have several windows, did it happen when you clicked OK in one of the windows?
Or did you right-click in the Policies pane on the left and select Create Policy? If so, does it happen for any policy or just a certain one (e.g. Updating or Web Control)? If so, does it also stop when you select Duplicate Policy? View/Edit Policy works, doesn't it?

stop working
means the console crashed? Did it show an error window or did it just "disappear"? Have you been able to open the console again afterwards?

when I open the console the application is normal , but when I try create new policy suddenly the application is stuck

it happens only with Web Control or other policies too?
Create is perhaps misleading, as far as I can see you try to Edit the policy are you trying to add a Website exception?

it happens as soon as you click Add? Not something I've seen, I'm afraid I can't offer a solution. I think you have to contact Support directly.
