Edge browser being blocked after Windows 10 update 1809

Is anyone at Sophos working on fixing the issue of the Sophos Endpoint Protection client blocking the Edge browser from access any sites after the the Windows 10 1809 update is applied?

 

Microsoft is pointing the finger at Sophos and says it's their issue to fix.

 

I can get everything to work if I disable Network Threat Protection on the users client app.  But I really don't want to do that fro all my users.

 

I was hoping that Sophos would address this issue but it's been 3 days and no fix.

  • I was just messing with this last night and the only way I got it to work is Real Time Scanning: Off (internet), Control on Users: Off (Web Control). Had Malicious Traffic Detection off first but that had no effect. Oh and my network already was setup for IPV6 so messing with that only caused other problems with other browsers....
