I am working with a ubuntu server and I installed Sophos AV on it.
I activated the On access scan and it works well with three of my users (and root); tested with filezilla they can't download a virus (eicar.com on my test) and (in ssh) they can't open it with nano or VI.
But for the others, sophos do nothing. Doesn't prevent reading of infected files like for the three others.
The users are in the same groups but are not been created at the same time...
I don't understand why it works for any and not for others.
