DLP - Data Control Events

Hi All,

Normally to get a detailed DLP report i would use Data Control Events viewer from the View. This report is what my users want to see, because it tells them where, what, when in detail.

But there is no way to schedule this report (other then export it to CSV manually). From the report console, the most i can get is a high level report.

How do i get it to be automated? And if its not there, will it be added to the new version?

Hi,

At the moment the event viewer is the only way within SEC to get access to detailed data control event information. It is far from ideal and we are looking at ways in which we can provide this information as a report so it can be scheduled.

One option is to use the Sophos reporting interface to export the event data for analysis by an external tool like Crystal Reports or Splunk (which is available for free).
