Blocking Image File Transfers via AnyDesk with Sophos Endpoint X Advanced

Sophos Endpoint X Advanced 
 
 I had implemented blocking mechanisms for image file transfers through the internet, USB drives, and uploads via URL links. These measures are working as required.

However, we have encountered a challenge with AnyDesk software. 
 Despite our efforts, image file transfers via AnyDesk's file manager are still possible and are not being blocked. Any solution to effectively block these transfers to ensure the security.

 Thank you for reaching out to the community forum. I'm afraid that this cannot be done on AV level since AnyDesk has its feature. We could block or allow the Anydesk application itself but not its features. AnyDesk has its own features and functionality, which cannot be monitored or restricted. If you wish to achieve this, you need to perform the blocking for file transfer to the application itself.
