Customer requests a full/deep scan for all new added endpoint-/MDR-Clients.

I can't think of a built-in way to do this. Instead, the customer may have to initiate a scan after installation (see https://docs.sophos.com/esg/endpoint/help/en-us/help/Scan-from-CLI/index.html). It may also be possible to script something using the API. This is the type of thing that our Professional Services team would likely be able to help with.
