By default, SSL/TLS encryption for HTTPS websites is turned off. Depending on your organizations needs you can turn it On.

you will no longer see the website SSL cert CA being the Sophos Endpoint, which is one impact.
besides the endpoint not being able to inspect the traffic with NTP
