WIFI issues with Dell WiFi 6 ax201 Driver

Are there any error messages shown in web browsers? Are apps on the device able to connect to the network normally or are both browsers and local apps affected?

I'd suggest trying to perform component isolation on the affected device. The following article describes the steps to proceed with in further detail.

Could you try gathering an SDU log from the affected system? I have reached out via PM to request the download URL. 

Every browser and local app is affected. Firefox message is 'We can’t connect to the server at www.google.com'.

Was there any error on the endpoint itself? When you connect the device through Mobile data, are you still observing the same behavior?

could you try to disable IPv6 on that network adapter?

We've had some trouble similar to yours and this solved it for us.
So our general rule is to disable IPv6 if this is not actively being used at the customer network.

Is this an Intel Wifi adapter chip?

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz

We had some strange problems with exactly these adapters, which were solved by uninstalling the drivers, rebooting and let windows do the reinstall. Believe it or not. We had ping to Google ok, but no access to anything in internet. This procedure solved it for us.

This actually worked, while trying to install drivers manually had not previously.
