Central - New Admin User Not Receiving Setup Mail

Hello, 
 I want to create a new superadmin user on my sophos central but user is not receiving any mail. I've created 2 super admin accounts before succesfully but im failing this one. Any ideas? Thanks

Checking the responses we see when you attempt the account creation, it looks like your email address is being blocked by AWS. 
 Please reach out to our Customer Care team so they may generate a request to unblock the email address. You can do this either by opening a case from the Support Portal , or by reaching out over the phone. 
 Feel free to follow up with me via Private Message so I may add notes to the case as well.
