Sophos Intercept X Endpoint Using Too Much Resource

The memory usage shown by the task manager is not real data, you can calculate the % of the memory usage of the task manager now and then the % after SOPHOS is installed to calculate the true memory usage

Real problem is, even tho it doesnt show too much usage, computer is unable to use. It just keeps freezing and stops responding.

I have had the same problem as you, when I was using Photoshop, the memory usage was only 50%, but it still showed that the memory was full, which could be a sophos problem

When i uninstall sophos and restart my computer, it just works fine. Then i reinstall sophos and it starts to freeze again. Did you solve your problem?

You can try to turn off the guard button by button and see which component is the problem?

i've tried disabling each and problem still continues sadly

This may be caused by information collected by the XDR sensor

Still no result...
