system sloness and freeze after install intercept x install

I install intercept XDR in the system in normal case it's working ,after 1 or 2-hour machine get stuck with with current running app system stop working it not get back until force shutdown do machine what should I do for that.

You will need to configure the computer to create an Active dump if possible and Complete if "Active" is not available.
