I am on an iMac with Venture 13.0. I stupidly installed Sophos Endpoint some time ago and found it more hassle than it was worth. I tried uninstalling it but still have the "user profiles" Sophos Endpoint _2 and Sophos Endpoint_3 whenever I reboot. This is really irritating. I have tried using the uninstall tool and delete all Sophos folders in the system. Pleas help!
Hi Alexander,
When using the steps mentioned in the following article, are any options available to remove the additional user accounts? - Delete a user or group on Mac
The "Sophos Endpoint_2" and 3 do not show up in the "Users & Group" section of the Settings. I can only see them at the log-in screen when the computer boots up.
Try using the commands mentioned in this article to remove the concerned user entries.- medium.com/.../how-to-delete-a-user-account-on-macos-54623c84f336
Hi Qoosh, that looks promising, thank you! Do you reminding me how I use these commands without blowing up my machine please? Used to be advanced user but that is some time ago ...
