I tried to generate a report where it shows which machine is assigned with which policy, but couldnt find any.
Can someone point me to the report which can show which computer has which policy OR how to export list of machines under a specific policy.

In Sophos central dashboard, you can use the pre-defined categories of reports like devices reports and users reports etc.,
However, Sophos has provided more control over the reports and other functions to the customer via the API.
As per your requirement, taking reports of assigned policies can be achieved via our "Policy Management" API under "Endpoint API" category.
