Good morning folks.
I've hunted around and searched through the site here, and no where can I find a way to reset the PIN for my MFA. I'm still fairly new to the software, so I am assuming that I'm missing it and not that it's just not there. Is there a way to reset the PIN linked to my account, so I can get back into Sophos Central and get back to work.

Assuming that you are trying to log in to Sophos central admin rather not a partner dashboard or enterprise dashboard.
You need to contact our Sophos support to be able to reset the MFA PIN.

In case you are trying to login into the Partner dashboard or Enterprise account, you may need to reach out to the Administrator of the partner dashboard or the administrator of the enterprise dashboard.
