Sophos Intercept X and Microsoft Defender Antivirus at the same time

We use Sophos Intercept X for all devices in the company. Now some need to access a customer network via Citrix for a specific project.

But this customer only allows Microsoft Defender Antivirus.

We have already created a workaround where Sophos is uninstalled and Microsoft Defender Antivirus is enabled but this is not an optimal solution.

Is there any way to have both active?
(I am aware that this is also not optimal but currently the best solution)
